AvatarLab Pro is a platform for managing AI avatars and authorized social account connections. This policy explains how we handle account access and user data.

Information We Collect

Account Information. When the operator sets up AvatarLab Pro, we process basic account and contact details needed to operate the service.

Connected Platform Access. When the operator connects a social or creative platform, we process the authorization tokens needed to maintain that connection and perform the actions the operator has enabled.

Content and Media. We process the media, prompts, captions, and other content the operator creates, uploads, or manages through AvatarLab Pro in order to generate, schedule, and publish it.

Third-Party Interactions. Where a connected platform provides it, we may process information related to public interactions with published content, such as comments or engagement metrics, for reporting and content planning.

Technical Information. When you visit avatarlabpro.com, our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, may automatically process basic technical information needed to serve the site and keep it secure, such as IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, and security logs.

OAuth And Social Connections

AvatarLab Pro uses OAuth and approved platform authorization flows to connect social accounts when a user chooses to do so. Connected account tokens are used only for functionality that the user has authorized.

Token Use

Access tokens and refresh tokens are used to maintain authorized account connections and perform approved actions. AvatarLab Pro does not use tokens to access unrelated account data or perform unauthorized actions.

Service Providers

AvatarLab Pro uses third-party providers to perform specific functions, such as generating media, hosting content, and publishing to connected platforms. These providers process content and account information in accordance with their own applicable terms and policies.

Data Sharing

AvatarLab Pro does not sell user data. Data may be processed only as needed to provide the service, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to operate AvatarLab Pro, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact the AvatarLab Pro operator through the support channel provided in the application.

Disconnecting Accounts

Users can disconnect social accounts from AvatarLab Pro. Disconnecting an account prevents further use of that connection by AvatarLab Pro.
