User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the social accounts, avatar profiles, media, prompts, captions, and content they manage through AvatarLab Pro.

AI-Generated Personas

AvatarLab Pro creates and manages digitally generated personas and associated content. A persona may be entirely synthetic or may be based on the likeness of a real individual. When a real individual's likeness is used, the operator must obtain and maintain verifiable authorization covering the creation, modification, publication, distribution, and intended commercial use of that persona and its content. AvatarLab Pro requires personas to be identified as AI-generated or digitally created on their connected social profiles.

Publishing Automation

AvatarLab Pro may publish content automatically to connected platforms, following rules, schedules, and approval settings configured in advance by the operator. Some content may be held for manual review before publishing, based on criteria set by the operator or applied automatically by the platform. The operator can pause, adjust, or disable automated publishing at any time.

Platform Policies

Users must follow the policies, developer terms, community guidelines, and content rules of each connected platform, including social networks and creator platforms.

Authorized Access

Users must connect only accounts they own or are authorized to manage. AvatarLab Pro may remove or disable connections that appear unauthorized, unsafe, or inconsistent with platform policies.

Service Changes

AvatarLab Pro may update features, integrations, and connection methods as platform APIs and requirements change.

Termination

AvatarLab Pro's operator may suspend or discontinue the service, or any connected platform integration, at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

Limitation of Liability

AvatarLab Pro is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico.
